I began my career immersed in the vibrant world of creative agencies, designing for renowned brands like EA Games, EMI Music, and Mars Group. These early experiences honed my ability to craft compelling visual stories and innovative user experiences, laying the foundation for my future in digital design leadership.
As my passion for user-centric design grew, I stepped into the world of telecommunications with Three Ireland. Leading a dynamic team of designers, I orchestrated the creation of an omnichannel experience that seamlessly connected desktop, mobile, and retail platforms. This project wasn’t just about technology; it was about understanding people’s needs and redefining how they interact with a brand in a digital-first world.
As Product Design Manager and eventually Head of Design at Smallworld, I tackled challenges like building multi-branded design system, implementing customer engagement platforms or moving from monolythic to microservices architectures . Balancing creativity with strategy, I have worked to align design, business, and technology, creating systems that serve millions of customers across the globe.
